Ethos Coaching helps leaders to identify, refine and act on their personal ethos. Our name reflects the importance of exploring what you stand for and aligning that to an authentic and effective leadership style.
‘My work is about two things: helping leaders have those breakthrough moments that propel their growth, and seeing how that growth leads to positive change in the world.
For 20+ years, I worked in executive leadership in state government and medical research. I understand that leadership can feel isolating and overwhelming. We are pulled in multiple directions, resources and time are limited and we struggle to achieve the day-to-day – never mind attend to the growth we know we’re ready for. Often, these challenges aren’t puzzles we can easily solve, but mysteries we need to explore. And that’s where coaching can help.
In our work together, you’ll find a responsive partner who adapts to your unique journey. I’m here to challenge you and spark curiosity, not to deliver a one-size-fits all program. Coaching isn’t about having the answers. It’s about creating the conditions for breakthrough thinking. If you’re looking to lead in a sustainable way, reconnect to the excitement that got you into your role, find what work holds next for you, and explore your leadership potential with curiosity and courage, I’m excited to walk alongside you.
If this approach resonates, I’d love to start a conversation . Let’s discover what’s possible when we create the space for genuine transformation.’

'My professional background spans leadership roles across diverse fields, including healthcare, communications, corporate relations and psychotherapy. This multidisciplinary experience equips me with a nuanced understanding of the complexities leaders face in dynamic environments. My work in psychotherapy - ranging from in-depth individual work to group facilitation, clinical supervision, and organisational consultation - has honed my ability to navigate both the internal and relational dimensions of leadership.
Coaching is a collaborative and contractual relationship designed to foster intentional self-reflection and growth. It provides a structured yet flexible space to explore the full spectrum of an individual’s motivations, values, and challenges - including those less conscious aspects that subtly shape behaviour. By addressing these elements in a thoughtful and ethical manner, coaching not only enhances professional performance but also supports personal integrity, congruence, and alignment with one’s core values.
As a certified transactional analyst, I bring specialised skills and frameworks for understanding individual psychological processes, group dynamics, and conflict resolution. These tools are accessible yet powerful, offering practical insights into leadership challenges. Beyond this, I provide opportunities for deeper inquiry into the barriers that inhibit leaders from reaching their full potential - whether rooted in personal patterns, relational dynamics, or systemic factors. My approach emphasises creativity, clarity, and a commitment to fostering authentic leadership that integrates self-awareness with effective action.'
Every Ethos Coaching session is designed around the individual: who you are, what you need and how you operate. Together, we’ll get to the heart of the issue to design, discuss, try out, weigh up and reflect on actionable, impactful solutions.
